Holly Jolly - Anything But a Card

Hello, my crafty friends. Holly Jolly is starting a month-long challenge.
We have a lot of sponsors, so there will be a lot of chances to win prizes. Don't forget to check what the rest of our design team created.

In this first part of the celebration, I'm sharing with you a gift card I made. The image is Christmas Star from All Dressed Up.
I colored it with Copic markers. For the background, I used the airbrush system after I masked the fairy and the star.

The rest of the bag was made from some older Maja Designs papers. I cut them out with dies and punches. To make it a bit more feminine, I used some lace and ribbons.

Snowflake dies are from Pretty Pint Posh, and the oval frame die is from My Favorite Things.

Come and Get It - Baby it's Cold Outside

Hello my crafty friends. Come and Get It has a new challenge for you. This week the theme is Baby It's Cold Outside.

We have two great sponsors this week. They are The Stamping Boutique and QKR Stampede.

For my card I used a digi called Snowy Cabin from QKR Stampede.
First I cut out the stitched frame from Maja Designs paper. Then I measured the opening and used a masking tape to make a little border between the frame and the image.
I colored the image with color pencils. To add a bit dimension I used some molding paste for snow.

Holly Jolly - Ribbon or Lace

Welcome back, my crafty friends. Holly Jolly has a new challenge for you.

Our sponsor this week is Aurora Stamps.

For my card, I used digi called Christmas Lights Sprite .

I colored the image with color pencils. I love the soft look of the pencils.
I used lace trimming on the ends of the card to look like a scalloped edge. Little lights were covered with Glossy Accents and sprinkled with clear glitter. It gives them some dimension and sparkle.

Come and Get It - Ribbon or Twine

Hello, my crafty friends. It's Sunday, which means that Come and Get It starts with a new challenge. This week it is ribbon or twine.

Don't forget to check what the rest of our team created.

Our sponsor this time is Bugaboo

For my card, I used and image called Stella Facebook Birthday.
I love the sentiment! It's so true.

The image was colored with color pencils. Papers are from some old paper pack. The design is quite simple because the image is so busy.

Holly Jolly - Christmas Tree

Hello, my crafty friends. Holly Jolly has a new challenge for you. This time it is Christmas Tree.

We have some great sponsors this week: A Day for Daisies, Bugaboo, QKR Stampede

For my card, I used Dressed Up for Christmas digi from A day for Daisies. I colored the image with color pencils.
To keep the image in focus I kept the rest of the card design simple. Snowflake border die-cut and the stitched scalloped circle that I raised from the image with some foam tape.
