Come and Get It - Purple Orange and Green

Hello, my crafty friends. Come and Get It has a new challenge this week. It's a purple, orange and green.

For my card, I used an image  Alessa Version 2 from our sponsor Nikki Burnette.

First I colored the image with Copic markers and some color pencils.  I also painted some parts with a glitter pen to add some sparkle. The papers are from some old CTMH paper pack.

Holly Jolly - Snow or Snowman

Hello, my crafty friends. Holly Jolly is back with a new challenge. This time, we have to use snow or a snowman on our projects.

As always, we have some awesome sponsors. This week they are Dr.Digi, Fred She Said, Morgan's Art World

For my card, I used an image called Kitten at Naptime from Morgan's Art World.

First I colored the image with Copic markers. Then I adhered the clear acetate on the window die-cut, just like for a shaker card, and added some foam adhesive around the frame. Then I adhered the image on the back.

To create the brick wall, I took some light gray cardstock and made a brick pattern with the chisel side of the Copic marker. I used a few different colors, so the wall looks more realistic.

I made snow with a stencil and white paste.

Thanks for stopping by, it means a lot to me.

Come and Get It - Recipe

Hello, my crafty friends. It's Sunday, and Come and Get It starts a new challenge. This week it is a recipe where we use one image, two embellishments, and three papers.

Our sponsors this week are SLS Lines and Lemon Shortbread.

Don't forget to check out what did the rest of our design team created.

For my card, I used an image called Goth Fairy Witch from SLS Lines,
which I colored with Copic markers.  The spider web is a die cut, and the little bat is from grunge board which I colored with black markers and covered it with a Glossy Accents. Papers are from an old CTMH paper pack.

Holly Jolly - Ornament

Hello, my crafty friends. I'm back with a new card for the Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge. This time, the challenge is to use and ornament on the project.

We have some awesome sponsors this week: Bugaboo, Lacy Sunshine and Melonheadz

For my card, I used a digi from Melonheadz's Christmas Elves Clip Art collection. I colored it with Copic markers. To make a front panel I took some white woodgrain paper and applied Distress Inks. After that, I die cut windows.
The little ornaments I made by myself. I couldn't find anything in my stash to fit on the card. I colored them with Copic markers. To add some shimmer I cut pieced of a silver glitter paper to make strips and tops for the ornaments. I used some foam adhesive to raise the Elf and the ornaments.

Come and Get It - Welcome Autumn

Hello, my crafty friends. Today I'm sharing the  DT card I made for this week's challenge at Come and Get It.

Our sponsor this week is Eureka Stamps.

For my card, I used a digi called Lady Throwing Leaves. I colored it with Copic markers and some color pencils. Coloring all the leaves took quite some time, but it was fun.

While coloring the image, I remembered the last time I was sitting in the pile of leaves and throwing them in the air. It was 8 years ago when I was playing with my son. I think I had a similar grin on my face.

World Card Making Day

Hello, my crafty friends. This afternoon I was watching Sandy Allnock's Periscope and realized that today is World Card Making Day.
I had no plans for crafting today, but after dinner, I sat down and started making the card. The image and the tag die are from CC Designs and papers are from CTMH. The spider web die is from La-La Land Crafts.

I colored the Little Witch Lucy with Copic markers and Prismacolor color pencils. I can't figure out how to blend purples and violets with Copics, so I use color pencils to smooth the colors.

Hope you had time to create something today. Thanks for stopping by.
